We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy applies to orders delivered in the United States.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. We will email a free return label.

Eligible items

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- Original tags attached when the product shipped with tags

- Original packaging when practical

Non-returnable items

- Final sale or clearance items marked as such

- Swimwear and undergarments (hygiene)

- Human hair products that have been worn, styled with heat or chemicals, washed, cut, or altered

- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery

- Gift cards

How to start a return

- Email info@katertomyman.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for return. Do not ship items back before you are approved.

- We reply within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, we email a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

- Pack the item securely, drop it off with the carrier on the label, and keep your tracking number.

- Returns go to: Katertomyman LLC, 1875 Dell Street, White Bear Lake, MN 55110, United States.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

- After we receive and inspect the item, we notify you by email.

- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

- If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@katertomyman.com.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you when we confirm the issue.
