Free Shipping to the United States.
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders delivered to addresses in the United States, with no minimum purchase. Free shipping applies to US addresses and to shipments by our fulfillment partners.
We currently ship to the addresses in the United States. We do not ship to other countries at this time. If a country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there.
Order processing & Delivery Time
- Handle time orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (weekends and US holidays excluded).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on US holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Transit time to all the destinations are shipped- Monday through Friday. Will include 7 to 15 days transit time.
- Total delivery time estimated delivery time based on customer locations all destinations: 8-18 business days depending on destination and carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak holiday periods or carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link (when the carrier provides one). Allow 24-48 hours for the first tracking update.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to change the address.
Missing, damaged, or delayed packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, or if items arrive damaged or delayed, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com- We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may accommodate changes before the order ships. Once it is in transit, we cannot modify it. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
